ONE YEAR WARRANTY
We are so confident in the quality of our range that we offer a 1-year warranty on any of our stainless-steel pieces. You get 12 months to return your jewellery if you have any issues with discoloration, breaks or quality. This does not include rings due to the nature of rings coming into contact with hard surfaces more frequently, however if the ring breaks or the stone falls out, we’ve got you covered! The guarantee is void if any discoloration or damage such as scratches are caused by negligence of proper care. For more information on proper jewellery care please click here.
Please follow the steps below for a replacement:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, a description of item of replacement and a clear picture of the damage.
- Please wait 48 hours for a response from the team. Further questions may be asked for any clarifications needed.
- A replacement will be processed and sent straight away! Store credits or possible refunds can be issued. If a product is no longer is stock, we can offer a store credit that can be used at any time.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items due to 'change of mind'. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene concerns. We do not offer refunds or exchange items with any sign of wear. Any approved exchanges will need to be confirmed via email at email@example.com. Shipping costs incurred by the approved exchange will need to be paid by the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS/ INCORRECT ITEMS
Our products are quality checked multiple times before dispatch. However in the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience! Send us an email within 14 days of purchase with photo evidence of the fault or the incorrect order along with your order number. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to find the best possible course of action for you.
