How long will it take to receive my order?
We use Australia Post to deliver all of your orders worldwide and send from our Brisbane HQ. Domestic packages sent through standard shipping can take from 3 - 7 days depending on your location. Express delivery can take 2 - 5 days across Australia. Fulfilment of your order will take 1 - 2 days and up to 3 days during peak seasons.
We try our best to get your gems to you as soon as possible! Please allow up to 14 days for your gems to arrive. We unfortunately cannot control any delays made by customs and declarations.

What are the terms and conditions of your 1-year warranty?
We are so confident in the quality of our range that we offer a 1-year warranty on any of our stainless-steel pieces. You get 12 months to return your jewellery if you have any issues with discoloration, breaks or quality. The 1-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase. This does not include rings due to the nature of rings coming into contact with hard surfaces more frequently, however if the ring breaks or the stone falls out, we’ve got you covered! The guarantee is void if any discoloration or damage such as scratches or snapped chains that are caused by negligence of proper care. However, we are understanding that things happen, so we are more than happy to help out! Sterling Silver warranty
Sterling silver is well-known to be a precious metal, however, it is very delicate in its nature. Sterling silver is 'easier' to manipulate which therefore means jewellery makers have the freedom to make more intricate designs compared to stainless steel. This means extra care needs to be taken in order for your sterling silver pieces to last a lifetime. We recommend that gold-plated sterling silver is not to be worn regularly in the shower as harsh chemicals from products that may be used will affect the colouring as well as inducing product build up in certain areas. Warranty will be void if negligence is suspected from photos.
What materials do you use?
We use only the highest grade of 316L stainless steel and S295 sterling silver. All of our jewellery is electroplated in colour. Stainless steel is hypo-allergenic and is one of the most durable metals, which means it is not only skin-friendly, but is a reliable and quality alternative to real gold. Sterling silver is considered a precious metal. As it is a 'softer' metal, it enables us to produce more detailed designs, whereas stainless steel is harder to work with. Sterling silver is tarnish resistant and hypo-allergenic, however due to its' 'precious' nature, it is best to keep sterling silver away from harsh chemicals to avoid the gold from fading.
Does Stainless Steel last longer?
Yes. Our stainless-steel collections are made with 316L Stainless steel, which is one of the most durable, tarnish resistant yet affordable materials used for jewellery. Stainless steel holds elements that improve its resistance to harsh conditions and high temperatures. Our stainless-steel designs are proven to be suitable for everyday wear and can be worn in the shower. Like all other metals, it is recommended to polish stainless jewellery to avoid harsher chemicals such as perfume, lotion or salt/pool water to avoid the gold plating from fading quicker. With proper care, stainless steel jewellery can last a lifetime.
What do you mean by tarnish resistant?
Our tarnish resistant items are double coated and electroplated with 18k and 14k gold. This means that the base metal is coated with gold twice to strengthen the colour and shine of the metal. Double coated jewellery can withstand more exposure to moisture. With proper jewellery care, your jewels will last much longer than standard coated jewellery.

Some of our styles are exclusive and are available in small batches. We are constantly bringing in new collections so keep a look out! In some cases we may release a surprise restock of our best sellers. Shoot us a message here and our team will get back to you about restocks.

Can I use my voucher multiple times?
No. At this point our vouchers are a one-time-use only. Our vouchers are generated as a personalized code you enter in the discount section of the check out page.
